Having an interest in local history and architecture, I approached the Santa Monica Conservancy in order to learn more about them and to offer my design skills pro bono.

 

My first project was to streamline and give

a fresh look to their newsletter, which is both printed, and available online. From that, I was asked to assist with designing holiday party invitations, web banner advertising, and to create event material for their neighborhood walking tours.
